1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ScopeSure ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Description of Service
ScopeSure is a professional services platform designed for IT services teams to track time, manage projects, create invoices, and deliver work with transparency. The Service includes:
- Time tracking and project management tools
- Invoicing and billing capabilities
- Client portal and reporting features
- Integration with third-party accounting software
- Analytics and utilization reporting
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

5. Subscription and Billing

ScopeSure offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You may start with a free trial period. After the trial period ends, you will be charged according to your selected plan unless you cancel.
5.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
5.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScopeSure and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant ScopeSure a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. User Content
You are responsible for all content that you post, upload, or transmit through the Service. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your content
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your content is accurate and not misleading
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOPESURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScopeSure and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies
- All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
